Necrotic Mythic+ Affix Nerf in Patch 9.2 Consumes the target with creeping decay, inflicting 0 Physical damage every 2 sec, and reducing healing and absorption received by 2%, for 65 sec. Stacks. Duration changed from 6 sec to 5 sec Nerf HistoryNecrotic has been one of the most nerfed Mythic+ affixes throughout Shadowlands, and is generally disliked by tanks.
Patch 9.1: Necrotic only applies on every other melee for lieutenants. Patch 9.1.5: Duration reduced by 9 seconds to 6 seconds.Now Necrotic has been nerfed again from 6 seconds to 5 seconds, almost halving the duration from the start of the expansion.
