Naruto's Konoha village has been the home to some of the very strongest shinobi in the entire series. Minato was the 4th Hokage of Konohagakure and was widely considered to be a genius at combat. Sadly, fans didn't get to see much of him during the Naruto story since he was already dead in the main timeline. However, a glimpse of his powers was given to the fans during some flashbacks and, thanks to Orochimaru, he ended up making a return during the Fourth Great Ninja War, where he showed off his array of skills with nothing holding him back.
