Mythic Rygelon Falls, First Look at Mythic Jailer - Race to World First Day 14 Recap

On Day 14 of the Race to World First, Rygelon has been defeated by both Echo and Liquid, with Echo claiming the World First followed by Liquid a few hours later. Check out all the streams for the Race to World First! Race to World First Streams Echo decided to attack the fight with a 4-healer strategy despite some of the most intense healing requirements of any fight in recent memory.

This led to a brutally difficult encounter but after a few pulls of seeing the enrage timer with this new strategy, they were able to kill the boss with 6 seconds to spare. Meanwhile, Liquid stuck with their 5 healer strategy and instead of having trouble reaching the enrage timer, they had trouble getting the boss to 0% during the Enrage, seeing many sub 2% wipes before doing so.

Both guilds are now beginning progress on the Jailer, though Liquid will soon be going to bed before their 3rd reset and the massive double legendary powerspike. Echo, on the other hand, are already asleep and are planning to get some extra rest to charge up their batteries for Wednesday, when their reset will roll around.
