MultiVersus' Game Director Tony Huynh teases the next two updates for the game, which will reportedly be «really big.» Since the release of MultiVersus' open beta, a lot of gamers have been thoroughly enjoying the experience of the platform fighter. With a whole host of interesting characters that wouldn't usually share a screen together, such as Batman and Steven Universe, for example, many MultiVersus players are always looking to see which fighters will join the roster in the next updates.
While MultiVersus often delivers on bringing in a new character to join the roster with its big patches, such as when Rick was introduced in patch 1.03, there are more changes that Player First Games makes than just throwing another fighter into the mix. As MultiVersus' popularity has grown in the months since its release, its updates have made some substantial changes to the game's format and how it is played. Update 1.02, for example, heavily altered the hitboxes for each MultiVersus character, hoping to prevent more fan complaints about moves hitting them when they shouldn't have.

His latest post is a short one, but it has been enough to hype fans up about upcoming additions to MultiVersus. «Next two patches from us are really big,» Huynh posted on Twitter. While this doesn't give fans any actual details on the next MultiVersus patch, some already believe they know what might be coming.
