MSI is all set to unveil its gargantuan Titan 18 HX gaming laptop at CES 2024 with the world's first 4K 120Hz MiniLED display & top-notch specs.
The adoption of the Mini-LED standard as the display panel for laptops, specifically gaming ones is expanding in recent times, and it looks like MSI has set a benchmark for others to follow. The key benefit of Mini-LED panels over others is that they can reach 100% sRGB coverage, which provides much better contrast, a wider color gamut and more color variations used onscreen, resulting in a high-quality display output. Expanding on the integrated display, the Titan MSI Titan 18 HX gaming laptop features an 18-inch Mini-LED display, with a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2400, making it the only manufacturer to feature such a panel in gaming laptops. Moreover, the display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a 3ms response time, hence ensuring a qualitative and smooth display output. The onboard display comes with a peak brightness crossing the 1000 nits barrier and comes with VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification as well.
The cherry on top, the Titan 18 HX features a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, which is obtained by the Mini-LED technology onboard, which will make the display on the laptop surely a delight to see.
