The Ms. Marvel release date is confirmed by Marvel to be this June, making it the next Marvel Cinematic Universe series after Moon Knight. Developed by Bisha K. Ali, the show will mark the MCU and live-action debut of Kamala Khan, a teenage fan of the Avengers and Captain Marvel as she navigates the tricky world of high school in Jersey City as a Muslim Pakistani-American. Kamala finds her life even further complicated as she discovers a special wristlet imbuing her with cosmic shapeshifting powers and putting her on the path to become the hero known as Ms. Marvel.
Iman Vellani is leading the cast of Ms. Marvel as the titular heroine alongside Saagar Shaikh, Aramis Knight, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff and Mohan Kapur. Bad Boys for Life duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are leading the directing team for the MCU miniseries and executive producing alongside Ali and Marvel execs Kevin Feige, Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso and Brad Winderbaum. After months of eagerly awaiting their first official look at the series following a tease during November's Disney+ Day, Marvel is rolling out exciting news for Ms. Marvel.

On the heels of unveiling the official trailer for the series, Marvel has taken to Twitter to reveal the first Ms. Marvel poster.
