The Ms. Marvel Honest Trailer pokes fun at the television series' use of the superhero watchdog group, The United States Department of Damage Control (DODC). Iman Vellani stars as Kamala Khan in the latest MCU Disney+ television series. As a high school student from Jersey City, she is granted cosmic powers through her great-grandmother's bangle and becomes the titular superhero. Since the show's release, Ms. Marvel has garnered near-universal praise from critics, making it the highest-ranked MCU entry on the review aggregator site, Rotten Tomatoes.
Two weeks after Ms. Marvel's conclusion, Screen Junkies has finally released their Ms. Marvel Honest Trailer, which pokes fun at the recklessness of the government's so-called Damage Control. Within the MCU, the official department was created to specifically respond to conflicts resulting from enhanced individuals. However, as the Honest Trailer points out, Damage Control ended up causing much of the damage in Ms. Marvel. Check out the Honest Trailer below.

The Honest Trailer rightfully calls out the hypocrisy of Damage Control's intentions. With Sadie Deever (Alysia Reiner) leading the mission to apprehend Kamala and Kamran, she and her platoon of heavily-armed troops cause more destruction to Jersey City than the enhanced individuals they wished to control. Deever's forces destroyed the Circle Q corner store, violently attacked a group of children and damaged a high school, and fired live rounds within close proximity of a crowd of innocent civilians in the series finale.
