Warning! Spoilers for Moon Knight #12 by Marvel Comics
Marvel's Taskmaster wants nothing to do with Moon Knight, as he reveals to a group of vampires looking to bring the antihero down why he should be feared. In a new preview for Moon Knight #13 from Marvel Comics, the copycat villain is asked to consult on Moon Knight. However, Taskmaster advises them not to get involved and fight with the former Fist of Khonshu since he's on a «different level» entirely.
Taskmaster and Moon Knight have battled one another before, fighting in Moon Knight (2006) by Charlie Huston and David Finch. Hired by The Committee, Taskmaster tried to take the antihero down but was met with one of the most violent versions of Moon Knight ever. The antihero beat Taskmaster to a pulp, making him beg for his life as he ripped his skull mask off and revealed his true tearful face. The fight set the tone for their violent relationship. Taskmaster hasn't forgotten the encounter and still fears Moon Knight, telling a group of vampires looking to hunt him down to avoid doing so for their own safety.
