Monster Hunter Rise Update Adds Weapon Customization, New Monsters, And Quests
Monster Hunter Rise is receiving Title Update 2 on September 29, which will expand the Layered Equipment system to include the majority of the game's weapons as customization options. Once players are fitted out with their favorite looks, they can look forward to facing off against several new monster types and participating in other new content for Monster Hunter Rise.
Capcom's long-running Monster Hunter series of cooperative monster-slaying action-RPGs saw its latest installment last year with the release of Monster Hunter Rise. The game has enjoyed highly favorable reviews and a vast, loyal player base of hunters thanks to the huge variety among the game's bestiary of creatures and the ways in which players can tackle them. Players earn new equipment by hunting monsters and crafting weapons and armor from harvested parts, which leads to a satisfying progression as hunters move up the food chain with increasingly tougher opponents.
