A talented group of Minecraft players just built New York City on a one-to-one scale. Many Minecraft fans are extremely talented and have built very impressive cityscapes and buildings over the years. One player even built the entire Big Ben clock tower in Minecraft's survival mode.
There are many different ways that players can build in Minecraft. Some choose to build simplistic yet beautiful gardens and aquariums, while others build on a much larger scale and construct massive cities. Regardless, these builds are impressive given the attention to detail that the players have. Some players use different shaders and Minecraft mods to make their blocks look more lifelike and give the city that photorealistic look to it. Players have used these to recreate buildings around the world, like the Minecraft version of Vietnam's tallest building that looks almost like a photo.

This to-scale model is a perfect representation of the city and is available for players to explore and walk around in. Looking at the image feels as though one is looking at an actual picture of New York, except for some of the obvious blocks in the image. The group involved built streets, bridges, high rises, and train tracks. The attention to detail and the impressive scale of the build make this a truly remarkable build.
