Microsoft Gaming has announced the purchase of Activision Blizzard this morning on what is considered the biggest gaming acquisition in history, valued at $68.7 billion. According to Xbox Wire, Microsoft now owns all of Activision Blizzard's franchises, including World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, Overwatch, Diablo, and many more. Xbox CEO Phil Spencer announced that all Activision Blizzard companies are to report to him after the deal is closed.
