Xbox Game Pass is revered by many to be the best deal in the gaming industry. While this statement holds a great deal of truth to it, Xbox Game Pass is not perfect. Many users have reported having great experiences with the service, however, some have recently reported that they are having an issue with the Xbox subscription service.
A small group of Xbox Game Pass subscribers have recently stated that they have had issues when trying to launch their Game Pass games offline. The issue apparently only affected some of the users' games until they restarted their consoles, at which point it seemed to affect their entire Game Pass library. Luckily, the issue only seemed to affect a select few gamers.

The engineering lead at Xbox, Eden Marie, thanked users for reporting the issue and acknowledged that it was a problem that would be fixed soon. While an exact date has not been set for the rollout of the fix, it should be in the near future as it is currently in the testing phase.
Xbox Game Pass currently has over 25 million subscribers, which means that some users were bound to experience some small-scale issues with the subscription service. Xbox Game Pass' ridiculous subscriber count shows that Phil Spencer's statement regarding subscription-based gaming being the future may come to fruition sooner rather than later.
The subscription service seems to be going from strength to strength, as Microsoft's recent acquisition of Activision Blizzard will see many Activision games joining Xbox Game Pass within the year.
