Man'ari Draenei Customization Coming Sept 12th - 10.1.7 Story Quests & Dragonriding Customization Reward Outlined
With today's 10.1.7 Patch Notes, Blizzard has announced that the Man'ari Eredar Draenei customization won't be available on release, but will come a week later on September 12th as players follow Velen's prophecy. Additionally, Blizzard has outlined some of the major story quests available in 10.1.7 with characters including Shandris Feathermoon, Emberthal, and Chromie.

This patch note likely refers to the datamined Man'ari Eredar Draenei customizations that were datamined on the PTR. Very little is known about the actual questline to unlock these new customization as it was never tested on the PTR.
