Set and primed for today's launch, Lost Ark seems to be having a hard time dealing with the sheer number of players attempting to play the game. The Amazon-funded MMORPG has already grown to become one of the most popular games on Steam even before its full release, but the developer, Smilegate, is hoping to get a handle on long server queues in short order.
One of the ways in which Smilegate is attempting to alleviate Lost Ark's launch-day problems is to make server switching way easier for owners of the game's Founder's Packs. Namely, the items contained therein (resources, boosters, titles, etc.) will be provided to players again, as long as they choose to switch from playing on the most popular servers onto the less populated ones, instead.

This announcement comes less than 24 hours following Smilegate's attempts to limit the number of characters created on certain game servers, as it doesn't seem like these initial measures were nearly good enough to ensure fast queue times for all players. What makes these issues particularly noteworthy is that they popped up before Lost Ark's actual launch. Since all Founder's Pack owners were afforded three days' worth of early access to the game, it seems that Smilegate simply didn't expect such a massive influx of players in the first place.
On top of giving Founder's Pack owners all of their original goodies upon switching servers, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Founder's Pack purchasers will also be afforded extra premium currency, the Royal Crystals.
