Kirby & The Forgotten Lands Mouthful Mode Turns Him Into Carby

During the latest Nintendo Direct, Nintendoannounced that Kirby and the Forgotten Land will allow players to turn Kirby into «Carby» with a new feature called Mouthful Mode. Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the newest installment of the Kirby series and it is bringing the lovable character to even more locations. For the last 30 years, the character has been winning hearts with every form they take, and it is likely this new form will be no different.

There are many forms that Kirby has taken since his debut in 1992. The pink sphere character is given the ability to inhale almost everything around it and thus, take on its form. Kirby has taken over iconic looks such as Mario's hat, Link's hat and sword, and even Sonic's blue hair. Along with the looks, Kirby also takes on the abilities of whatever it is he inhales. He is a popular character in Super Smash Bros because of the fact he can use the characters' powers against them. In The Forgotten Land there are even more copy-abilities that players will have access to. Some of these include an explosion ability, a drill ability, and even a gun ability that, even though it seems counterintuitive for a Kirby game, shoots adorable yet deadly stars.
