The Kingsman franchise is getting a new box set featuring all three movies, including the newly released The King's Man, in chronological order. The action comedy series is based on Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons graphic novels of the same name centered on Gary «Eggsy» Unwin as he is recruited into the British secret service agency known as the Kingsman. Matthew Vaughn is the leader of the film franchise, having co-written and directed all three Kingsman films released thus far.
The latest installment, The King's Man, served as a prequel to the franchise as the story shifted back to World War I and centered on British Duke of Oxford Orlando as he begins putting together a team to create the world's first independent intelligence agency. With a collection of history's worst tyrants and criminal masterminds, including Grigori Rasputin, gathering to plot a war to wipe out million, the still-emerging King's Man race against time to save the world. Following multiple COVID-19-related delays, The King's Man finally hit theaters this past December to generally mixed reviews from critics.
