Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are back on amicable terms and communicating as co-parents amid The Kardashians star's ongoing divorce. Kim and Kanye spent months at odds with each other over custody disagreements and Kim's dating life with Pete Davidson. But since silencing himself on social media, Kanye has become more open to the fact his marriage is over and Kim moved on with someone else. With four young children to raise, Kim and Kanye have to continue working together despite no longer being a married couple.
Kanye had a hard time accepting Kim's desire to end their nearly seven-year marriage. After her initial filing in February 2021, Kanye didn't speak to Kim for months. He reportedly changed his phone number and would only allow Kim to contact him through his security. By the summer, Kim and Kanye became more friendly and started spending time together for family outings with their kids. But once Kim went public with Pete by the end of the year, Kanye started speaking out and expressing his hopes to repair his marriage. Kim responded by filing to become legally single on two different occasions. After weeks of tormenting Kim and Pete on Instagram, Kanye finally let up earlier this year and has remained silent since.

As Kim and Pete continue to go strong, Kanye has come around to working with his ex-wife for the sake of their children. Sources tell TMZ that Kim and Kanye have started communicating again and attending their kids' sports games together as a family. Kim and Kanye were recently seen at North's basketball game and rode in the car together. The Yeezy founder was also in attendance for the intimate Father's Day lunch the KarJenners
