Keywords Studios has snapped up two companies - digital creative marketing agency Waste Creative and development studio Wicked Witch.
Waste Creative provides creative production services to a number of clients in the mobile gaming space, including Supercell, Nintendo and Riot Games.
Keywords will pay up to £9.8 million ($12.9 million) for the firm and its team of over 70 staff, comprising an initial consideration of £2.2 million
