Even with the launch of later models, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 series and the latest iPhone 13 too, battery percentage option was missing. The good news is that you can still bring the battery status bar to your iPhone, despite the fact that Apple removed it from all its latest devices. Wondering how? The simplest and easiest way to check your percentage status is by using the Control Centre. When your iPhone is locked, simply swipe down from the top-right corner which will bring the Control Centre along with the battery percentage bar.
Apple introduced home screen widgets with the iOS 14 and iOS 15 is still carrying the same. Through this, you can add a battery percentage widget. To do so:
- first, touch and hold the Home Screen background until the apps begin to jiggle.
- Then, tap on the + icon at the top of the screen, and scroll down to Batteries.
- You can swipe left and right through the widgets to view the size options.
