Infinix has unveiled a new budget smartphone, the Infinix Smart 6 priced under Rs. 8000. The phone had already debuted in other countries late last year. The phone competes with popular budget phones like Redmi 9A, Realme C20, and Jio Next. Infinix has launched the smartphone in a single storage variant of 64GB internal storage and 2GB RAM. The device has been priced at just Rs. 7,499. Additionally, buyers can also avail 10 percent off upto Rs. 1250 on Kotak Credit Cards as well as on RBL Credit and Debit Cards. On Flipkart Axis Bank Card, users can get a cashback of 5 percent.
The Infinix Smart 6 smartphone comes with 2GB of LPDDR4X RAM that can be expanded by dedicating 2GB of the smartphone memory as virtual RAM. The phone has a 6.6-inch top notch display with HD+ resolution. The display also gets a peak brightness of 500 nits and offers a screen to body ratio of 89 percent. The phone supports both face unlock and fingerprint authentication.
The phone ships with a dual camera lens of an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 0.8-megapixel depth sensor. There’s also a 5MP front camera. The camera app on the phone comes with modes like, Auto Scene detection, AI HDR, Beauty, and Portrait among others. The Infinix Smart 6 will rely on Android 11 (Go Edition) and powered by Mediatek Helio A22 processor under the hood. The phone gets a massive 5000mAh battery.
The phone will be available in 4 color variants - Heart of Ocean, Light Sea Green, Polar Black, and Starry Purple options. Connectivity options on the phone include Bluetooth v5.0, 3.5mm audio jack, and more.
