Trying to garner subscribers online is very tough and it can drive anxiety and lower self-esteem if success is elusive, especially in youth. An unfortunate event recently highlighted this problem. YouTube creator, with a channel named SeLFlo, committed suicide recently for lack of success on YouTube that led to depression, PTI reported. Through the online note, SelFLo briefly recalled all about his life and the incident that left him disheartened and which ultimately forced him to take this drastic step. The victim used to share gameplay videos to his "SeLFlo" YouTube channel, which garnered around 29,000 subscribers. Police confirmed that the engineering student listed a lack of viewership on his YouTube videos and lack of support and guidance as the main reasons.
