Ian Bohen says he'd be shocked if Yellowstone seasons 6 & 7 didn't happen. Yellowstone is one of the highest-rated drama shows currently airing, having just wrapped up its fourth season this month with the finale garnering 9.3 million views. Created by Taylor Sheridan (Sicario, Hell or High Water), Yellowstone stars Kevin Costner as rancher John Dutton, the patriarch of the family who, along with his sons, daughter, and ranch hands, attempts to stave off all attempts from outside forces trying to take his land.
In addition to Costner, the show stars Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, and Gil Birmingham. The popularity of Yellowstone has grown immensely since its debut on Paramount Plus, so much so that the network has paused its planned rebranding to a movie network. The show has already led to at least one spinoff, 1883, starring Sam Elliot and Tim McGraw, with more said to be in the works.
