In just a few hours from now, the world will likely get the first look at the highly anticipated iPhone 14 series. Apple is hosting its event dubbed ‘Far Out' live tonight, September 7 at 10:30 PM. The iPhone 14 series includes the base model iPhone 14, newly introduced iPhone 14 Max as well as the pro models iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This year, the non-Pro models are rumored to not feature any major upgrades. Leaks suggest they will be equipped with the A15 Bionic chipset of the previous year and overall specifications will also remain the same. The only upgrade might be in its refresh rate which can be boosted to 90Hz from 60Hz.
The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are expected to bring some major changes however. The smartphones will lose the notch in favor of a dual punch hole and pill cutout. Both the devices can also feature the latest A16 Bionic chipset and sport a 48MP rear camera which is a huge boost from iPhone 13's 12MP cameras.
