V Rising has dozens of hats and headgear players can obtain to freshen up their character. While exploring the world of Vardoran, players may get bored with their vampire’s basic appearance, and want to switch things up a bit. Luckily, V Rising allows players to find cosmetic hats to equip on their character.
There are a total of 26 different pieces of headgear players can find in V Rising. These hats can be obtained in a variety of different ways–from fishing, merchants, bosses, chests, and more. While hats do not provide any special buffs or effects to the player, they’re a fun collectible for players who enjoy customization.

Some hats require players to fish, or purchase them from merchants. To fish, players will need a Fishing Pole, which can be crafted with Planks, Copper Ingots, and Coarse Threads after defeating Rufus the Foreman in central Farbane Woods. To purchase items from merchants, V Rising players will need Silver Coins, which can be found while exploring by looting containers, shelves, cabinets, and other places in houses and other areas.
Here’s where to find every hat and headgear in V Rising.
