Kourtney Kardashian's lavish wedding veil that had everyone talking was actually a nod to The Kardashians star's usband, Travis Barker. Kourtney received mixed reactions to her eccentric Dolce & Gabbana wedding dress. The white corseted mini dress wasn't received well by all of her fans. Nonetheless, everyone did love Kourtney's gorgeous Virgin Mary-emblazoned veil.
The Poosh founder enjoyed a weekend in Portofino, Italy, where she and Travis hosted their intimate castle-side wedding with family and friends. All eyes were on Kourtney and what she was going to wear for the big day. Kourtney continued the trend she set when receiving her marriage license in Santa Barbara last week. Kourtney sported a short white dress with a mini veil for the occasion. Kourtney and Travis drove off in a droptop lowrider with a "Just Married" sign on the back. Fans were excited to see how Kourtney would switch up her look for their third wedding in Italy.

The Kardashians star looked stunning in her corseted lingerie-inspired Dolce & Gabbana dress paired with a dramatic lace veil that paid homage to her husband. The Roman Catholic-inspired veil included a giant hand-embroidered depiction of the Virgin Mary with the words “family loyalty respect” etched at the base. The image is based on Travis's large head tattoo featuring the same religious figure and message. "The embroidery, done with the 'cross stitch' technique, recalls her husband Travis' tattoo and is a symbol of alliance, respect and common devotion," Dolce & Gabbana shared in a lengthy Instagram caption of the dress.
