In a recent interview, Euphoria star, Eric Dane, becomes candid on how the series shot his nude scene in the most reason episode of the highly anticipated second season. After debuting in June 2019, the teen drama received overwhelmingly positive reviews from both critics and audiences alike, complimenting the series' raw approach to the mature subject matter, strong performances from each member of the ensemble cast, as well as the cinematography, soundtrack, and writing. Euphoria season 2 is currently airing, after premiering on January 9, with new episodes every Sunday.
Helmed by filmmaker, Sam Levinson, Euphoria chronicles the lives of several high school students as they attempt to navigate their lives whilst dealing with difficult topics, such as drugs, sex, love, mental illness, and identity. Joining Dane within the star-studded cast are Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Nika King, Angus Cloud, Jacob Elordi, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Alexia Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow, Storm Reid, Javon Walton, Austin Abrams, and Dominic Fike. In the latest episode of the season, Dane's character, Cal Jacobs, almost completely unravels after reminiscing about his lost chance to spend his life with the man he loves, urinating over his own house and reprimanding his family as he comes out to them, requiring a prosthetic penis for a full-frontal moment.
