Lego has slowly grown its line of video game sets across multiple franchises, and for the next entry in this series, the company is looking to the world of Horizon. An official Horizon Forbidden West Lego set is on the way, and will feature one of the game's majestic Tallneck robots and an adorable Aloy mini-figure for around $80 when it launches on May 22.
In addition to the Tallneck that the majority of the 1,222 pieces of Lego can be used to build, there are also a few decorations and a much smaller Watcher robot that can be constructed to create a cute diorama. Once assembled, the Tallneck will stand 13.5 inches high, and Aloy can climb it while equipped with her signature bow and spear.
If you can't wait that long, there are always some terrific Lego video game sets to get stuck into. The Lego Mario building kits have been delightfully interactive, the Lego Sonic set lets you construct your own Emerald Hill zone, and the $170 Super Mario 64 Lego set celebrates the game's 25th anniversary with a constructible question mark block. As for the game that this newest kit is based on, it'll be out on February 18 for PS5 and PS4.
Phil Hornshaw said in GameSpot’s 8/10 Horizon Forbidden West review that the sequel is a worthy follow-up to Horizon Zero Dawn.
«Horizon Forbidden West does a lot more right than it does wrong. It might be jam-packed with stuff to see, do, know, and remember, but when its many systems come together, it can be a beautiful, exciting, and delightful open-world experience.»
