Yesterday, PlayStation's State of Play centered on Hogwarts Legacy and finally put to bed a number of questions fans had about its gameplay. Indeed, this showcase offered Hogwarts Legacy's first official gameplay reveal with a lot to unpack, especially due to the fact that it is still scheduled for a release before the year's end this holiday season.
Hogwarts Legacy's spell-casting wand duels, Hogwarts house common rooms, and extracurricular activities were delved into. Following the 14-minute gameplay showcase, Avalanche Software developers shared a bit more insight on Hogwarts Legacy along with concept art. But that is not the only place fans can look to if they crave even more answers to their questions about Hogwarts Legacy. Fortunately, the game's website has been live since its announcement with an elementary FAQ that has now been updated to reflect questions fans may have since the showcase.
Hogwarts Legacy Reveals Combat and Dueling
The website's FAQ addresses questions such as «Will players establish friendships in Hogwarts Legacy?» and «Can players choose their Hogwarts house in Hogwarts Legacy?» But one question in particular asks what many fans have been unsure about despite previous statementsabout whether Hogwarts Legacy would feature a multiplayer component. One FAQ questions directly asks «Does Hogwarts Legacy have online or co-op gameplay?» to which the answer is "Hogwarts Legacy is a single player experience and does not have online or co-op gameplay."
This may not come as a surprise if fans have kept up with the information that Avalanche has shared in the past, but another definitive answer is welcomed and appreciated. Now, fans will know precisely what to expect, at least for Hogwarts Legacy's launch.
