Will Sindragosa play a role in Dragonflight? A small miscommunication in the Twitter Spaces Dragonflight Developer Rountable with Ion Hazzikostas and Steve Danuser, hosted by Taliesin of Taliesin & Evitel has us speculating. In the interview, Taliesin asks a question about Alexstrazsa and her role in Dragonflight, but accidentally says the name Sindragosa instead. Interestingly, Steve seems to be on the verge of telling us something about «the Sindragosa» that we «will be interacting with through the course of Dragon Isles» — before Taliesin interrupts him to clarify.
Taliesin: I'm thinking a lot about dragons and our experience with dragons, and Sindragosa being apparently quite a prominent character in the upcoming expansion. Steve Danuser: Well, the Sindragosa that you will be interacting with through the course of Dragon Isles is—Taliesin: I meant—sorry—I meant Alexstrazsa. I'm so sorry, I just I misspoke there.Steve Danuser: Oh OK, OK alright. <Continues to speak about Alexstrazsa>It's very possible that Steve, like Taliesin, simply misspoke here and meant Alexstrazsa instead. However, this isn't the first hint that Sindragosa may play some sort of role in Dragonflight. In the Dragonflight Deep Dive, it's mentioned that Kalecgos's story will take us into Sindragosa’s library.
We’ll follow the story of Kalecgos as he ventures into Sindragosa’s archives.If Steve was on the verge of telling us more about Sindragosa’s role in Dragonflight, then his wording is particularly interesting. Sindragosa is, of course, well and truly dead — but Steve makes it sound like we would meet a version of her. Tied together with the library, this could translate to some sort of memory or vision.
