In a new blog post, it was announced that Hello Neighbor 2 is coming to PS4 and PS5 platforms. Hello Neighbor 2 is a sequel to Hello Neighbor from 2017. The game is a first-person stealth title developed by Eerie Quest/Dynamic Pixels and published by tinyBuild Games. The first game featured a simple premise revolving around investigating the secrets of the protagonist's sinister neighbor. The sequel will expand on that concept even further, combining social horror with family-friendly content.
The original game, Hello Neighbor, was first released on PC and Xbox One, and 6 months later in 2018 on Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, and PlayStation 4. Similarly, the sequel was announced for PC and Xbox consoles, with the beta coming to players on April 7, 2022, following a playable alpha of Hello Neighbor 2 last year. In order to participate in the exclusive Hello Neighbor 2 Beta, players need to pre-order the game.

On February 2, 2022, an official post from the PlayStation Blog announced that Hello Neighbor 2 will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in 2022. It was noted that the Hello Neighbor 2 Beta will also be coming to PlayStation consoles alongside its Xbox and PC releases. On April 7, 2022, players across all platforms who purchased the game before its release will be able to give the beta a try and experience the title's new content.
In Hello Neighbor 2 players will be playing as Quentin, a reporter investigating a series of missing people in a town.
