Harrison Ford's Age Doesn't Show At All, Says Indiana Jones 5 Star
Boyd Holbrook discusses what it's like working with Harrison Ford on the highly anticipated Indiana Jones 5. After Raiders of the Lost Ark introduced audiences to Ford's swashbuckling archeologist in 1981, the character would go on to appear in three sequels. The fourth Indiana Jones film, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, was released in 2008, earning mixed reviews from audiences and critics. Despite the reception to the fourth entry, talk of a fifth started not long after, with the movie officially being announced in 2016.
Originally slated to release in 2019, Indiana Jones 5 would suffer numerous delays for a variety of reasons, most recently becoming one of the many movie victims of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the initial development problems, the film is now in post-production and expected to release next year. The movie sees Ford, now 80 years old, team up with Logan director James Mangold, with original Indiana Jones director Steven Spielberg taking on an executive producer role this time around. Plot details for Indiana Jones 5 remain unknown, but many fans have been curious about how the long-awaited film will deal with a noticeably older version of the beloved hero.

Now, Holbrook, whose role in the film remains shrouded in mystery, discusses what it's like working with Ford in a new interview with Variety. The actor assures fans that, while Ford may be older, he's still more than capable of donning the iconic fedora and leather jacket and punching bad guys.
