With the grappling hook, players can now latch onto a banshee and hijack it without the banshee's flyer ever getting close to the ground. However, Reddit user RedHotGiblets has deduced a way to not only avoid grappling hijackers, but take them for a wild, deadly ride in the process.
Wacky Halo Infinite banshee moments are common, but RedHotGiblets' piloting skills are a true marvel. The clip shows RedHotGiblets flying through the air, pausing to fire at an enemy. Suddenly, a grappling player latches on to the banshee, but RedHotGiblets quickly backflips, sending the player flying through the air. To the grappler's credit, they latch back onto the banshee in mid-air, but RedHotGiblets hits the player with another backflip, sending them flying even further into the air and most likely falling to their death.
