As it turns out, the culprit behind this is the «Field of View» setting in the display section.
In the video, Blazkowicz01 looks down vertically, and it can be clearly seen the player has no legs. Next, he opens his pause menu and the display settings that show a «field of view» angle with a value of 120 degrees, the maximum value.
