Google has announced that its new Google Play Games PC platform has launched in beta form in a number of countries. It basically lets you play Android games on your PC, so if that’s the sort of thing you’d like to do, you’re in luck.
Or you are if you live in South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong, because those are the only places the beta has gone live. And you still might not be able to join in, because it’s a closed beta and participation is limited. You can click here to find out more, and see if you can get involved.
Google has also released a trailer that shows some of the games that are going to be available during the beta period. You can watch it with your eyes right now.
You’re going to need a pretty hefty PC if you want to join in as well. Here are the requirements, in handy list form.
The beta is going to be rolling out in more countries in the coming weeks and months, so we’ll be sure to keep you posted as and when we hear more.
