Google is at it again with it’s annual smart phone refresh. The announcement of the Pixel 9 lineup of phones wasn’t unexpected, but what we were going to get under the hood was. Google continues to drive closer and closer to that premium smart phone range of phones. Software wise, we know that Google has always been at the top of the heap, allowing their mid-tier phones the ability to compete with the latest and greatest from Samsung and Apple. The Pixel 9, however, looks to be the phone Google decides to make a significant hardware improvement to move them more in line with other major companies.
Here are the Canadian timing and prices for the upcoming lineup of Google products:
Pixel 9: Starting at $1,099.00 CAD and available on August 22
Pixel 9 Pro XL: Starting at $1,499.00 CAD and available on August 22
Pixel 9 Pro: Starting at $1,349.00 CAD and available this fall
Pixel 9 Pro Fold: Starting at $2,399.00 CAD and available September 4
Pixel Watch 3: Starting at $479.00 CAD and available September 10
Pixel Buds Pro 2: Starting at $299.00 CAD and available September 26
There are tons of detail on all of these phones over on the Google Keynote Blog but we hope to review one or two of these in the near future so we can provide you all the information you need to make a good purchasing decision. Preorders are open for almost all these product except the Pixel 9 Pro which will be available later this fall.
