If you are reading this site, chances are you’ve heard about Gloomhaven. This massive dungeon crawler board game has been hanging out on the pole position of the BGG rankings for quite a while now. Its sequel, Frosthaven, is also the most funded Kickstarter project ever. While the BGQ team has made our thoughts on Gloomhaven well known in the past, most of us haven’t had a chance to try out the digital version.

If you are like us and want to see how it holds up, there is no better time than right now. For the next week, the digital version of Gloomhaven will be free in the Epic Game Store. This coincides with the release of its second DLC, Mercenary Challenges. The first DLC, released earlier this year was Jaws of the Lion.

Overall the digital version of Gloomhaven has had a positive fan reception, so there is not reason not to give this one a go.
