A new post on the popular Genshin Impact subreddit shows an interesting detail about the new major region. Sumeru has been added as part of the ongoing major update which also introduced three new playable characters to the roster: Collei, Dori and Tighnari.
The new major region took exploring, which is one of Genshin Impact's greatest assets, to the next level. Since Sumeru arrived, players have been expressing their feelings about some of the smallest details developer HoYoverse implemented in the game.

Reddit user bolide_retracing has shared an interesting detail about the new Sumeru region. According to the screenshots, Sumeru provides universal healthcare to all of its residents. The info panel shown in the thread claims that Bimarstan's doctors are licensed by the Amurta, which is one of the six main schools of Sumeru Akademya also known as the Six Darshans. Out of the Six Darshans, Amurta was the first one to be created by researchers who helped Greater Lord Rukkhadave cultivate the rainforest.
However, while the majority of the fan base appreciates Sumeru's healthcare system, a number of comments claim that the healthcare is actually not free at all considering that Sumeru's residents pay for it with their dreams and memories, which was revealed in the Archon Quest. Overall players seem amazed by all the little details that went into designing the new Sumeru region as the post reached over 1,700 upvotes. Fans claim that the new major region exceeded their already high expectation especially when it comes to world design.
