The exact domain used as a reference is unknown, but the domain appears to be one present within the Mondstadt region. Many of Mondstadt's domains are found along mountains and cliff sides just like the domain diorama depicts. Genshin Impact's Shrine of Depths may be found near domains and teleport waypoints too. The Midsummer Courtyard domain near Starsnatch Cliff in Mondstadt looks very similar to the fan-created diorama.
