Noelle is a guaranteed unit from the Beginner Banner in Genshin Impact. This 4-star Claymore wielder is a Maid for the Knights of the Favonius. She owns an immense strength and determination, but for some reason, never passes the examination to be an official Knight.

Noelle’s flexibility is unique in Genshin Impact, to say the least. Before Gorou, she was only able to operate as a DPS if she had godly artifacts. Now, she can be a much better DPS with Gorou and Yun Jin's availability in her team compositions.
Noelle can operate as a shielder, healer, and DPS. Without her Constellations, she can only be a mediocre shielder, at best. However, when players start obtaining her Constellations, the change is immediately noticeable in her gameplay. Every Constellation adds a unique ability to include in her diverse gameplay.
Noelle’s first Constellation effect is one of her best Constellations in Genshin Impact. Since her Elemental Burst only heals with a 50% chance, activating her Elemental Burst during her Burst duration will guarantee every hit will heal her allies. C1 is what Noelle needs to fully function as a healer.
Apart from Noelle’s first Constellation, her C2 effect improves her performance as a DPS by buffing her Charged Attacks. The only difference is that C2 Noelle isn’t good enough to operate as DPS. Only when she unlocks her sixth Constellation, Noelle can be counted as a decent damage dealer.
While the damage isn't so bad, too many limitations surround C4 Noelle’s effect. First, she needs to be close to the enemy for the damage to apply. Second, there are over 20 seconds of waiting for each shield. It’s not worth building any plan around it.
