As per the information provided by Telegram, Animated Backgrounds are the multi-color gradient wallpapers, generated algorithmically and move beautifully every time you send a message. These animations have been added to all default themes. If you want more animation backgrounds, you can find it in Settings. Android users can open Telegram and go to Chat Settings then Change Chat Background. While the iOS users can find it in Appearance > Chat Background. In case the default options are not enough, it is very easy to create your own animated backgrounds. All you need to do is choose three or four colors to unlock the animation, then add an optional pattern for extra style. When ready, share your animated wallpapers with friends and family.
