Genki’s new wave of gaming accessories has landed on Amazon, following the company’s successful Kickstarter campaign. This includes the new version of Genki’s Covert Dock, which can serve as a dock replacement for the Nintendo Switch, as well as a USB-C hub for just about anything else you may want to easily connect to a TV or monitor, including laptops, or a Steam Deck. This gadget looks like the previous version that I reviewed, but it can charge at 45 W instead of 30 W, and it supports 4K resolution at 60 Hz instead of topping out at 1080p. It’s a great value at $59.99.

Then, there’s the ShadowCast 2, an improved, yet still compact video capture device that plugs directly into your console’s HDMI port. It can pull 1080p / 60 Hz video from a console, and either capture it on a host PC, or display it on any iPad that supports USB-C. Genki makes its own app that essentially turns your iPad into a monitor. This one costs $49.99, and includes a USB-C to USB-C cable.

Lastly, Genki launched its high-end video capture card called the ShadowCast 2 Pro, which goes head-to-head with the Elgato HD60 X. For $159.99, it can capture 4K / 60 Hz video from consoles, which is ideal if you want to grab detailed video snippets or screenshots of your games.
