Tech Giant Apple is gearing up to launch a range of new products in 2022, including the iPhone SE 3 and iPhone 14 series comprising iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max and the new iPad Pro models. Beginning with iPhone SE 3 launch sometime in March/April, the company is likely to bring its widest range of new products ever.
Bloomberg journalist and long-time Apple tracker Mark Gurman in his latest ‘Power On’ newsletter, mentioned that the company is preparing to unveil its “widest array” of new products in history. He wrote that Apple is expected to unveil four new iPhones namely iPhone 14, Max, Pro, and Pro Max this year. Since Apple is trying to be more consumer-friendly with its new product launches, a low-end MacBook and iPad could also be unveiled this fall, Gurman hinted.
Additionally, an updated larger-screen iMac, a new iMac Pro, and a fully-redesigned MacBook Air as well as an upgraded AirPods Pro and three Apple Watches (Series 8, SE, and Rugged) will also be introduced this year.
Gurman has said that most of these products are expected to be unveiled in May, while the iMac could come earlier. Apple is planning to unveil iPhone SE 3 and the iPad Air 5 with the new A15 chip at its spring event sometime in March or April.
Moreover, the company is also rumoured to be working on larger tablets that would “blur the lines between tablet and laptop.” These new iPads are speculated to measure anywhere between 14 to 16 inches with a glass back and wireless charging support for the first time.
