Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2, kicked off almost two weeks ago, and the biggest change that shocked fans was the removal of the game's iconic building mechanic. There are also some mobility-based features that play a huge role in letting players get around faster. Players can now perform a tactical sprint, slide, and mantle to grab onto ledges. Since players aren't able to build to reach high places, the extra movement mechanics are definitely coming in handy so far.
For Fortnite players that invest in the new battle pass for the season, they'll have access to the customizable Omni Sword Pickaxe. This neat-looking cosmetic item has several design options that players can switch out, like its blades, colors, and guards. However, to unlock all that stuff, players will first need to collect some Omni Chips around Fortnite's points of interest.

The map below will show players the location of The Temple, and the three red circles are the spots where the Omni Chips are located. The Temple landmark is a few steps northeast of the Daily Bugle, in the northwest corner of the current map.
If Fortnite players look on the home menu screen, tab over to the Battle Pass section to find the Omni Sword. Players must have the pass purchased to use the sword, and if gamers press on the weapon, they'll be taken to its customization screen, where collected Omni Chips can be used.
Fortnite is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
