A new rumor claims Miles Morales' Spider-Man will serve as the next superhero to hit the Island in Fortnite. Such an addition to the roster would prove fitting since Spider-Man antagonist Prowler just joined Fortnite in Chapter 3 Season 2, alongside Marvel hero Doctor Strange. If Miles does enter the mix sometime soon, he'll join the ranks of other Spidey iterations that have landed in the Item Shop in recent months.
Peter Parker's Spider-Man debuted in Fortnite late last year at the start of Chapter 3 in December 2021. The character's long-awaited introduction also brought web-swinging mechanics to the battle royale. Of course, the theatrical release of Spider-Man: No Way Home also ushered in a couple of MCU skins, including the hero's all-new black and gold attire. Players continue to hold out hope that even more Spidey skins across various mediums will eventually see the light of day in-game. But a supposed leak suggests the crew at Epic Games may have something even more special up its sleeve as far as the webhead is concerned.

Fans of the black and red suit-wearing web-slinger may soon find themselves in luck, then, according to reputable insider and XboxEra host Nick Baker.
