MatPat from The Game Theorists may have cracked the long-standing mystery of The Blob from Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. The Blob is a combination of black tar, wires, and parts of various animatronics all piled together into one big terrifying mass that can be found towards one of the endings of Security Breach. The story of Five Nights at Freddy's has led many fans to the Game Theorists' channel. With its lore laid out over years across the series with cleverly hidden clues, novels, and the Five Nights at Freddy's Survival Logbook, the overarching story of FNAF is long, layered, and often confusing. Many fans of the series who want to understand the lore without doing extensive digging go to Game Theory for answers. Matthew Patrick, aka «MatPat», has been making theory videos based on the series since the first Five Nights at Freddy's game back in 2014. He has commented in his videos that with the new releases of games and subsequent stories some of his older theories may get disproven, leading to him making newer and stronger theories based on the new information.
