First Trailer For Knives Out 2 Released
After much anticipation, the first trailer for Rian Johnson's Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is finally here. Detective Benoit Blanc (played by Daniel Craig) returns to solve another murder mystery —only this time, in an entirely different setting and with new characters.
While revealing little about the plot, the new Knives Out 2 trailer showcases the characters fixating on a wooden puzzle that is seemingly crucial to the story, but viewers have to wait for the release of the film to learn why. Understandably, Knives Out 2 has big shoes to fill, as the first entry is one of the best mystery films of the last few years. Nevertheless, the trailer promises to deliver another fun story where nothing and no one is as they seem.
New Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery Character Details Surface
Glass Onion takes place on the Greek private island of tech billionaire Miles Bron (Norton), who invited his friends for a getaway. After someone turns up dead, detective Benoit Blanc must solve the game of whodunit. The upcoming film will premiere later this month at the Toronto International Film Festival and hit Netflix in December 2022. Although many details remain under wraps, Dave Bautista teased thatKnives Out 2 would be better than the original.
«I really think it’s going to be as good, if not better, than the first one,» he told People magazine in 2021. «I’m always afraid to say that because I don’t want anybody to get offended saying that we’re going to be better, but I really do think this. I think the characters are just so much more colorful.
