Season 2 of SyFy's Chucky series just dropped a new trailer, and it looks like Chucky's reign of terror is about to continue against the backdrop of a religious reformatory school.
Chucky premiered on October 15, 2021, and followed teen outcast Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur), who found himself bullied for his unconventional taste and his sexuality. After buying a vintage Good Guy Doll, Jake discovers that the doll contains the soul of serial killer Charles Lee Ray, who seeks to mould Jake into a killer just like him. The Child's Play series found a dedicated audience and Chucky was renewed for season 2 on the USA Network and SyFy.

While serving their time at this sinister school, the trio once again must deal with Chucky, who's out to kill the staff, including one priest as he conducts his confessionals. But this time, there's more than one Chucky, à la 2019's Child's Play.
The Chucky trailer shows that the series will once again focus on the difficulties of being an LGBTQ+ person.
