Smithing stones are expendable items in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. They made an appearance in Fire Emblem: Three Houses to forge and repair weapons, and their purpose serves the same function in FE3H'sspinoff game. Usually, smithing stones aren't as common as gold, so they should only be used for forging and repairing weapons that aren't going to sit in the storehouse.
However, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes gives a new function for smithing stones. Instead of being exclusive to weapons,smithing stones can now be traded in for building materials, which are used to expand Facilities. Fortunately, there are several ways to farm smithing stones in Three Hopes, so players won't have to worry about being out of stock for too long.

Once players unlock the Supply Depot at the Camp, they'll be able to trade weapons and resources for smithing stones. Without building upon the Supply Depot, most weapons will only give one smithing stone.
The more stars and the higher the rank of a weapon, the more smithing stones it should give.
Players are also given the option to trade in resources such as Basic Building Materials. However, given that Resources are needed for expanding all Facilities, it may be best not to trade in Resources for smithing stones until late-game.
Certain Expansions can increase the number of smithing stones players will get for trading in weapons and resources. Other expansions include decreasing the number of smithing stones needed for payment.
Again, smithing stones can be used at the Supply Depot and the Blacksmith. Most weapons can be forged or repaired at the cost of 10 smithing stones, but higher-ranked weapons will need better minerals such
