Sony has officially announced its next State of Play presentation, which is scheduled to take place on June 2 at 3 PM PT/5 PM CT. A Final Fantasy 16 trailer is ready and waiting in the wings. Producer Yoshi-P confirmed this a couple of weeks ago, also adding that the game was nearing the end of its development cycle. However, he added that he thought the trailer would release soon but couldn’t explain why it wasn’t being released yet. Having somewhere to showcase Final Fantasy 16 makes the most sense, and a June 2 State of Play featuring third-party partners is the most likely scenario for that.
