Video games have us hoping that someone, one day, will leave us a fortune, a run-down farm, or – ever since yesterday's Final Fantasy 14 Letter From the Producer livestream – our very own island where we can set up a farm.
The game's next patch will introduce a new game mode called Island Sanctuary, which will be a solo mode where you can build a farm, gather resources, raise animals, and sell produce to earn some money. Basically, it's Stardew Fantasy. The game mode will come as a part of Patch 6.2, a.k.a. Buried Memory, which will be released in late August.

Also part of the Buried Memory update, is something that's not very glamourous, but boasts a lot of Glamour. Players will be happy to learn that the update will increase Glamour slots to 800. The number of slots has doubled from the previous number of slots, 400. This means that players can glamour or make a piece of equipment look like another while retaining its stats 800 times. Given this increase, players will also have to mine Glamour Prisms if they want to fully harvest the potential of those 800 slots.
